Pretty, Pretty Playthings

My bucket of foam stamps; one of my favourite things from my art stash. They are an addiciton, I think. I absolutely can't wait to get in there and play with them. Mixing them up in a random pattern and style looks pretty cool if you ask me. Then again, I love asymmetry so much, it's no wonder the ransom look makes me happy, Certainly, I won't be using them to send out any cryptic messages though.

The littlest things in my studio can inspire me, and this, my friends, is one of them. What little thing inspires you?

Energy Trapped

Art and Pages: It's not getting done today. I'm in manic mode: I want to do bunches of things; I'm literally pacing the house, yet nothing, nothing is really inspiring me. I need to go read Ali Edwards AEZine again and take on some of those challenges.

Family: They are here. Oh my god, are they here!! My kids are crazy (in a 5 and 7 year old way kind of crazy); it's my mum's birthday and it's rainy like mad here. So, it's a houseful of pent-up energy all around. We are all in need of birthday cake with lots of frosting *sarcasm*.
